At Dirt Road Babe Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! Please read our policy before placing your order. 


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective and the shipping package is not damaged, you must contact us within 1 business day of the delivery date.

Please include: * Your order number * Photos of the damaged item * Photos of the packaging

Claims submitted after 1 business day cannot be accepted.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please save all packaging and contact the shipping carrier before reaching out to us.


Returns

We do not accept returns.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for a different size if the requested size is currently in stock.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. 
  • The item must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, smoke, or any damage.

 

Customers are responsible for: 

  • Shipping the original item back to us.
  • Paying shipping for the replacement item.

If the requested size is unavailable, we cannot offer an exchange.


 Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance items
  • Sale items 
  • Accessories (including jewelry, hats, handbags, etc.) 
  • Gift cards
  • Seasonal or holiday items (if applicable)
